The product is fairly efficient. The problem is the total lack of service when there is a problem. I contacted ARCHOS who refuses to replace the glass, and offered me only a 25% discount to reinvest in their products! (A limited range, of course)
Do NOT BUY ESPECIALLY ARCHOS PRODUCTS IF YOU NEED A service !!!!
I am forced them STILL GIVE MY MONEY out that I am ready to pay the broken glass. The VAS service does not exist in this case. It's a shame! Charlotte Yonge
