Hello, This is the 2nd time I buy one (for work and home) this machine is tip top. maintains it's easy, it prevents when descaling when emptying the ground coffee and when to change the water. by cons I have not put the recommended filter because the water tank is already not very large. It is a little noisy but at the same time it is normal that we have to pout coffee !!!!! I strongly advice this machine.
