Noether's theorems are the basis of the intimate discussion between conservation equations (such as energy) and symmetries associated with the physical problem. These theorems are mostly used in quantum mechanics but allow a fresh look at classical and relativistic mechanics. I suggest it to someone with a sufficiently advanced level in mathematics and interested in this type of problem. The historical side of the story is also rewarding.
