This is the story of a family of middle-class, hoping to leave the horrors of World War II (we are in 1943), decided to settle in a village at the edge of the sea. But the house even where the family will settle has had its share of tragedies and the past does not seem to have finally evaporated. And with the arrival on the station platform that welcomes, the couple's son sees strange phenomena, beginning with an alley cat who managed to get adopted. More family approach to its new home, the more the phenomena seem to be widening to the young Max. And moving the first night and disturbing environment will not reassure the boy. All that resentment will until doubts give way to the concrete Machiavellian ... A suspense novel written at the base, to please both young people and adults.
