Delivered two radiators with brackets (the name "headlights" I think then something of an exaggeration.) Outlined a manual and an advertising flyer.
After unpacking my first question: Where are the batteries? There are no included. This is true, as I have subsequently seen mentioned on the product side, but still annoys me. For a product that costs 37 Euro, I feel this is so nice.
I had a few batteries of the type LR20. Are needed per lamp 3 pieces.
Use which was quite tricky in my case with a spotlight, as the clip which holds the battery compartment cover not be pressed easily could decrease by the same. The second radiator this was easier.
Overall, such a radiator made of plastic. The housing consists of two parts. Simply screwed together.
Front sits the LED and the motion sensor.
The motion sensor works perfectly. It is enough the slightest movement, even in dark rooms and the LED lights.
However, I miss a switch to the radiators off completely. So the batteries are charged even because the spotlight turns on the back in bright environments.
Now I was a little disappointed. 3 rich and brand new batteries of the "thick variety" and a luminous intensity which I unfortunately think is clearly too weak. In comparison, I have a LED flashlight that is powered by two AAA batteries and it is much brighter and mainly brings this a much more beautiful light litter.
The Mr. Beans Spotlights illuminate targeted a radius of about 60cm in circumference, at a distance of ca.einem meters.
From about one meter of the beam I feel the light already rather so that it looks as if the battery levels. It is noticeably darker. OK As absolute emergency.
The light is more bright, not warm. It is a "favorable" LED light. Does that mean that you can see which is the built LED rather cheap and not quality LED belongs to the category.
How long now the three batteries can power the spotlight, I can not say, but I'll furnish any values.
As Cabinet interior lighting ok, as permanent lighting of the outside area, however, I feel the spotlight as too impractical and uneconomical. I find the design to be quite clunky compared to what is produced to light. But this comes only by the 3 thick batteries. The electronics alone makes the slightest.
For me, in conclusion, a good product idea, which could be helpful to me quite. Unfortunately, I see to be too many criticisms to really happy with it. Not bad, but not a highlight.
Plus points:
-Quick ready
-solides housing
-Good basic idea
Criticisms:
-no Batteries
-to weak light
-no manual switch
-Right large in the design for the actual performance
The price settles in my eyes already rather at the upper limit.
Value for money: almost a "sufficient"
