A slap in the face for any Serious Sam Fan

I myself am a fan of the first hour and played The First and The Second Encounter ad nauseam both in single and multiplayer. Serious Sam 2, I also enjoyed but the multiplayer was not exactly brilliant. For this part here I have no further to say than that this branch is by far the worst. In principle, one always begins with a critique of the positive, but now that I do not want to spend hours to consider what might be good at this part because I prefer to say what bothers me personally about it.

The Graphic:

Well is not for me decisive but it looks not quite a bit better than in the second part, or in the HD conversion, only the style is different, somewhat sterile / realisitscher. The sprawling also highlight positive as with the hervorigen parts. Certain elements do not complete each other and there are "unwanted" holes in walls, floors and ceilings. Lighting effects are nice to look at, however, hides the sun partially extremely in fighting and the extremely dust raised makes a rather disoriented.

Gameplay:

Serious Sam I am one of the slightly faster shooters. Maneuvering is atrocious. You can run only vorwerts quickly and then lose the shot opportunity. The jump itself is atrocious, and since 90% of the "secrets" only jump are reached, this is quite frustrating. Bunnyhop and Rocket Jump been completely deleted and can not be in the game itself bring. When TFE and TSE this was a matter of survival to tear something in the multiplayer can. The sound:

The Weapons:

The Multiplayer:

With 16 other can be in Beast Hunt Creating monsters, gambling through the campaign together or give each other in the face in Deathmatch. Solely liked Beast Hunt. Campaign makes the Solo already no joy and with various other players is no longer in there too. Deathmatch is just a mess. Croteam spits in my opinion on the legacy of Serious Sam, personally I'll conclude the series by Serious Sam 2, the last good part. My recommendation is simply out of die-hard fans like me. If you've never played a Serious Sam part I put the first 3 to heart, to spoil the impression with this gray haftn game comes this cult series just not accessible.
