This is my first all in one remote control I bought. It has bothered me for a long time to have lying around 3-4 remotes. So reviews studied, and I've decided against the one or the other 3 star rating for this model. I do not know what everything is expected, but I'm over the moon with joy. I have a TV, receiver, cable box with hard drive and Apple TV. At first I thought it controls with this 1 Control unit for unit, but much better, if you have the Logitech finished programming, press on TV, and it alone, the devices are gradually switched from this. How worn is that? It works like this: The Logitech is connected by cable to the laptop (MacBook Pro). They opened an account, and is led step by step through the installation. Has worked perfectly for me. The 4 units, plus sort programs take so about 2 hours. But it was not boring, and fun. At the end of the procedure you will be rewarded. Now everything goes with a push of a button. I press on TV, is (obviously) the TV on, then the cable box through which all programs are running, and then the receiver to the input of predefined. The same with Apple TV: Tv on, receiver (this time because other input optical) Apple TV, voila everything goes. Apple TV, of course, can also be operated. Just like all other sub-menus and options of corresponding devices. The only thing that works for me: The hard disk recorder takes each program in which you turn on the same. This recording will not play. I think that's not important, but wanted to mention it with. Recordings which one "recordings" menu retrieves it plays easily. One can 50 !! Retrieve programs in the remote control before defining, and directly on the touchscreen. Are cute little icons, all in all, I'm totally happy, and can recommend it to anyone in good conscience the remote control.
-Nachtrag After 3 weeks: Am even more excited when I found out (is easy) how keys programmed. This means in my case, I can as desired start the recorder with a recording and stop. Forward and rewind was created as a new command and is working properly.
