The hub gives an impression of quality with a soft-touch plastic, not messy. In use, it is very convenient. It connects its OTG compatible device (either a tablet or a smartphone (although verified that your device is compatible) using the micro-USB cable that protrudes from the hub. There a red light sign of functioning ( on one of my phones that supports OTG, the hub does not light up when I plug it and indeed it does not). Then you can plug its USB 2.0, its SD cards and other nano receivers connect a keyboard and / or a wireless mouse if you feel like it. Note that a record exists, which connects the HUB with a USB port (to plug into a PC or on a 5V charger) to power power the hub if one connects it to an external hard drive. I did not test this possibility, not having the utility.

I have connected my mouse and my keyboard (functional immediately) and got into a test copy with USB 2.0. To transfer a file of 700 MB of my USB on my tablet, I put 1 min 40s in one direction or the other, or the same time on my computer. Performance is very very good. It is the same with test audio and video playback from an SD card, a USB stick or external hard drive. You navigate easily to a video file on the USB key from the shelf without any slowdown as seen in the video.

This hub is a perfect complement to your smartphone or tablet to allow him to read any USB key and thus multiply the storage capacity. It allows to unload photos, for example, on a USB stick without PC. It can also transform your work tool shelf by connecting keyboard and mouse in wifi. In short, I recommend the eyes closed this handy hub every day.
