Rafael Micro R820T
The R820T is fairly new and is to be supported from kernel 3:10. In various forums (Amazon does not like links) can read the the R820T as successor to the E4000 is traded and therefore as effective SDR (Software Defined Radio) with similar frequency range as the E4000 should also be suitable for GNU Radio.
I'll probably have to wait a little longer to Debian supports the R820T.
RTL-SDR I could (with Kernel 3.2) so far at least activate the FM mode, so I can say: the stick and the supplied antenna does, but (in the "Country") and not particularly sensitive.
Three Star ("not bad") there because the DVB-T receiver is probably useful in principle (as priced SDR!), But he did not correspond to the description and I (still) can not do anything with it. - Actually a reason to return, after which you can otherwise leave unless Article name and product description? The same goes for Amazon and articles for 13 Euro.
