The latest addition to the range, Inissia has two advantages over its big sisters: compactness and price.
With repayment rates regularly offered on Nespresso machines, it would be a shame to pay it over 60.
While plastic, but well made, this machine will fit where you want it, be it in a small kitchen or elsewhere.
But beware: it is -a can noisier than other machines in the range .. it was probably difficult to properly insulate a compact device.
Regarding capsules, contrary to what I read on some forums, this Initia accepts without problems the capsules found in supermarkets (tested with Gold Espresso pods and Carrefour).
Coffee is -without proper surprise- and especially hot with a record warm-up time (25 seconds brand ad, I have not timed).
In conclusion: Noise aside, this Inissia honored the family of Nespresso machines.
