For small amounts: this applies to pizza dough, because here the whole unit has been wounded in a dough of a pound of flour at the end ordendlich, is why an attempt with the advertised amount of 1kg flour postponed once. The specified maximum amount is therefore probably only be realized for agitators or shortcrust pastry, which will then turn out for Christmas.
For large amounts: this applies to the food processor and a meat grinder, as is the effort to clean with must be considered and also the loss, particularly the wolf, but here considerably. (- The rinse water of the first attempts could have been sold as a soup of the day in many a tavern ;-).
Just for the perforated discs a matching stamp to express would be useful, because in the 48 holes the supplied disc remains almost one third ml meat back in and Wolf himself even a little more.
Except that in my case has left a ridge the sloppy editing, the construction of this meat grinder is still very worthy of improvement: in my copy at the end of the screw, has been milled in at the knife seat, a useless digging well 3mm depth of the located Operation is fully; at the other end of the shaft, but on the housing side, are some unused cavities in which minced material accumulates.
