The voice is very relaxing but still captivating. The background music is very relaxing. (Volume of music and voice can be set separately) At first it was a bit strange, but you get used to it very quickly, to drop about half an hour. Even after the 2nd hearing my attitude has changed for me. For me personally, the app is very helpful.
