Design flaw leaves bag leak - Camera is in danger

After about 15 days snorkeling the bag is hit and licking my camera is flooded. Two pin-sized holes have appeared at the edge of the loop holder by the fact that the plastic welding has replaced at the ends of the strap.
So it is not the seal that gives up the ghost!

The loop holder is unfortunately welded where a leak straight for wet collapse of the camera. This should have been skillful solving can.
What causes the holes? Since the loop bracket is welded across the width of the pocket, the welding ends are always loaded when you put into it or rausholt the camera in your pocket, because to the lateral side must be deformed into an oval. Apparently, this is for the weld ends long run too much.

Basically, you can do as snorkelers good shots with the bag, but the joy can be tarnished quickly. For those who have this system or want to buy. Not only check the seal, but necessarily inspect the loop holder !!!
Or maybe buy a real UW housing.
