Design flaw: Pin TEST FTDI chip is not connected to ground.
Repair: connecting pin 26 to pin 25 (Agnd) of FTDI chip using a small micro-welding.
After correcting everything is OK.
Surprising design flaw, but acceptable given the reasonable price.
Must still find ...
