In this CD, however, I am downright disappointed for the first time. Even on first listen thought: Oh you ever! However, as with some other CD's I thought to myself then: hey, listen THERE! But there was nothing to listen. Meanwhile, I have the CD, brave as I am, incorporated more than 20 times. But the euphoria is therefore limited and I do not think so now also, that this will change.
Your Review in detail: Firstly, I find the presentation of the CD really weak. I wonder what I pay more than for downloading over 7 euros. For a CD case that contains a booklet that consists of a thin flake with a few little pictures? Wow, the investment has paid off properly. If the contents of the CD great, I am certainly not complain ity to such trivialities.
Now to the content: If you look at the CD on, one suspects a potpourri of Disco classics. These are, however, represent more than sparse. 14 titles are just 2 songs "right" Disco Schmonzetten. The rest of the songs have to do with the disco era in my opinion slightly. Well, some of the titles may move well-timed in this context, but musically they are far away from disco.
Not object to a little melancholy, but the songs on this CD, which fall into this category (such as "Something in me was sad," or "If I were a book" ...) are something interpreted by boring that it rarely emerging good mood immediately nipped in the bud when listening.
There are on this CD, apart from the two great disco classics, actually only two songs that really excite me ... there would be for a "Marleen" ... the song had I been hoping for the last CD and the second "The devil and the young man." DAS are classic for me DTK songs. Songs like "In Love with the teacher" or "Hello neighbor" dampen this enthusiasm but then right back down to zero. The good humor that otherwise comes about when listening to DTK CD's, remains entirely from here. Pity!
Sorry Dieter ... I really do like you ... but the collected songs on your new CD I can not euphoric evaluate well the best of intentions. Honored I forgive it 3 stars ... and all because of "Marleen" and because you are so dear to me also about the many years my heart. Sad as it is, but regarded soberly did not come this CD for me of 1 star addition.
