The 1000 ANSI lumens enough for home theater in a darkened room. The WXGA resolution is sufficient for home theater - Reflects one but the computer screen on the wall one wished for real Full HD. The internal media player leaves nothing to be desired - is in my device unfortunately also in French, although of course I changed the software of the projector in German ...

Actually, if my desire device for home cinema: A LED device of this size and max. Priced at 1800 lumens, full HD, ordinary media player and bug free. Since I will probably have to wait unfortunately 1-2 years. Nevertheless, the K335 is quite suitable for home theater use. The LED projector will still have plenty to offer in the future well.
However, the deficiencies described the cost Acer at least one star - if there were more alternatives to K335 there were two ...
The direct competitor is the slightly more expensive Optima ML1000. As Full HD alternative there is the LG PF80G - the however almost cost twice the K335.
Not I tested the advertised 3D functionality ...
