Durability a disaster

Have the map on 12.9.2014 ordered here (Ships from and sold by Amazon) and they paid my friend for Christmas for their brand new HTC One M8.
After 2 months, the card was no longer detected (error message "Memory Card was unexpectedly removed").
Have been using the supplied adapter to umpteen times in and out stuck on the laptop tries to save the data.
After about 2/3 of the photos and music (5 GB) then occurred access error and the card no longer worked.
Have all options been tried, but again access the card and format it, mobile phone, laptop, digital camera, mobile navigation, anywhere "Memory card error", "card removed unexpectedly" or "No memory card".

Since the products on Amazon and can not be returned (For Sale> 2 months ago), I turned me to the support of SanDisk, the manufacturer gives 10-year warranty.

Settlement proceeded in that SanDisk Photos of product it (overprints and numbers must be visible) sends so that the authenticity of the product can be determined.
If the recognized SanDisk UPS commissioned to transport to Bron, the Czech Republic and sends an a sticker to, shipping costs paid by SanDisk.
The sticker must be watertight (eg transparent packing tape or self-adhesive "delivery envelope") are applied to a padded mailing envelope, is packaged in the form of all traffic along with the faulty product.
The mailer must then at a UPS partner are submitted, or to sign up for UPS and agreed to be picked up.
After about 1-2 weeks you get the confirmation that the warranty claim is accepted and that the new product is on the way, together with tracking number.
