I bought the "Decrescent universal external 5000 mAh battery bank with two USB ports" on 28 September 2012 Design. For capacity: it is still 18,5Wh on the packaging, which relate to the internal 5000mAh 3.7V - this concerns but all similar or battery power banks (!). For charging I use a Navi-charger with 5V and 1A output. The battery bank has 3 blue LED indicators that flash when charging and show the charge level accordingly. When connecting consumers, this LED indicates the current charge level of the battery pack and then go after a few seconds. I use it to load Navis outside of cars, the operation of fans and USB speakers to the laptop, or MP3 player to the USB speakers. I am fully satisfied with the device and would recommend it.
