Therefore, I have it at the beginning also used very carefully for fear I might bend. * Laughs * But this was certainly off because my old a very robust set was what had now become obsolete after 10 years sometimes. The look is very good, especially the coated pans, I use very much, because they can also be short for browning or push to keep warm in the oven. The handles are surprisingly not hot when cooking, you can handle them well. However, the knob on the lid very hot and you should not arrive without him potholders. But what in us is not a problem, since we anyway for cooking potatoes, pasta and Co. use an overflow stop cover. And thus our lids are usually only used for keeping warm. A very big plus is the scale on the inside! Furthermore, the floors get very hot and remain so long. The only part that is not used with us is the steaming bowl because I sure have a Elektodämpfer. So on the whole a really great set with everything in it you could need!
