The remote control was "only" brought us to control Windows Media Center from the living room, because the PC is in the office and we like to enjoy from time to time the media out in the living room.
The remote control works very precisely, even in an indirect line of sight between the remote control and infrared receiver. All functions of the remote control function at with (Windows 7 Ultimate) properly without installing any software, plug and play at its best. The mouse control is very good if you have practiced something.
