Such image quality in this price range is amazing and many more expensive models absolutely equal and even superior in some cases. No wonder, a 1/3 "CMOS image sensor with 3.2 megapixels (120 degrees wide-angle lens) is installed. The objective is also to adapt them to the inclination of the windshield even vertically (ie high / low) swivel.
Indicator of oncoming vehicles are readable in the still image also at 100km speed without problems.
Very good also the automatic light / dark balance of the image, when you eg drives and vice versa of brighter in dark surroundings.
With regard to the quality of night shots, there also nothing to complain about.
Built-in battery lasts for 15 minutes without power supply and is intended for the CarCam safely shut to go to Zündungsaus. While the battery is in about 30 min. Via USB (eg a PC) to recharge, but this is usually not necessary because the battery is automatically charged during operation so the vehicle.

The CarCam is so small (approx 7.5x7.5 cm, with about 4cm depth), that it can be attached -despite display directly behind the rearview mirror.
The German manual is a bit meager (there are, for example, not a recommendation as to whether PAL or NTSC is to be set, no statement to HDMI port, no indication that the Cam draw by pressing and upwards, be easily removed from the adhesive mount can); Also missing the techn. Tips:
1. Be sure during assembly ensure that the adhesive-bracket is mounted exactly horizontally on the windshield. The lens of the camera can then easily in the perpendicular be (high / low) adjusted by thumb wheel on the inclination of the windscreen
2. in video resolution is sufficient absolutely 1280x720. The higher resolution in 1080FHD 1920x1080 hardly brings high benefits, but requires twice the disk space!

Cam does not have GPS, which does not adversely flow into my review, because this, too aware of this cam design is by design and is also made clear from the outset.
Overall, I forgive 4.5 stars for this cam, but which are rounded in terms of truly outstanding image quality and not too much covered significant negative points, to 5 star.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a good, reliable CarCam with outstanding image quality and can do without GPS, will be more than satisfied with this CarCam.
