It is funny, quirky, bubbly: D

Author Graeme Simsion, has an amazing knowledge of dAsperger syndrome, lived from the inside! I think aspies who read this book will be struck by such precision in the feelings, the emotions, the way of thinking, in odd committed by the protagonist.
This is anyway that i felt when reading these almost 400 pages ...
Sil and justifies this impressive performance with a terse:

Personally, I think not much ny. I really ask myself: Graeme Simsion would it not itself aspie? For me, this is obvious

But back to the book. The hero, Dr. Don Tillman, is a kind of Sheldon Cooper (theoretical physicist of the series The Big Bang Theory), Version geneticist!
It is the prototype of both gifted scientist, strange, antisocial freak & the organization.
For Don Tillman swears by optimization & rationalization of time. His life is regulated like clockwork. It is particularly adept "Standardized Food System" & may decline at any time the 8 major advantages (including point No. 8, "minimal cognitive load"!) ^^

Spend all their learning from books, internet or even by movie replicas. From the art of making cocktails ballroom dancing, through sexual positions, he learns well!
Each of the subjects that he addresses must BE fully explored, mastered. Paradoxically it is unable to dress properly or to recognize sarcasm in the words of the speaker. Rhetorical questions are taken at face value & sometimes lead him die hard.
But outside of a pair of friends both psychologists that he is seeking all the time, Claudia & Gene, he is alone. It does not really social life, let alone love life.

Sil will give a lecture on the dAsperger syndrome, this is at the request of Gene, who had to do. Despite attempts by his wife Claudia to try to raise awareness to Don that he made himself part of the 0.3% of people with the SA, he does not understand. He knows he is still different:

"The configuration of my brain moves away from the standard model of connection. "

Las BE bachelor, scientist Don has a good idea bright day to develop a method that he considers objective & infallible allowing him to find the ideal woman. The whole course of pragmatic & efficient!
He develops a complex 16-page questionnaire by reviewing the key points (in his eyes !!!) comprising a number of eliminatory faults, such as calculating the LIMC candidate. Not so much for the look of it, but to assess its capabilities in terms of mental calculation: fbrire:
The exercise, dubbed "Operation Wife" will (of course) not yet be as simple that it seems ny

A wonderful book, taking, stuffed with humor & twists.
The action is permanent & the turn taken by the project to reflect on Don brings lautisme like rituals, habits.

Only small problem for me: the end I can not tell you more not spoiler the book, but I find it a little less successful than the novel ALL OPERATING :(
