I am satisfied with the tensile strength of the two fitness bands, it is both, as described, different. So you can use the blue or the red ribbon, depending on fitness level. Beginners might want to order something more elastic bands prefer, they are quite strong. However, I feel the length of the two bands as clearly too short, since many exercises (eg those in which one center will move to the bands for arm training) so poorly or not at all possible. Therefore, a total of 3 out of 5 stars, by pointing to the small range of the bands.
