Good cable with a single disturbing factor

The cable seems to be well made and are also good sound again.
But I was hoping to connect this cable in my iPhone Original Case on my hi-fi system - is not because the outer orange / black part has been made unnecessarily clunky.
Furthermore, I unfortunately have to realize that this cable causes compared with others who did not cause an irregular pipe in the pit and with increase of the volume accordingly disturbing.

All in all an acceptable cable for the price, but I can not connect to my phone it without having to potter it from the case, it is not the best choice for me.
