Have foil about 3 months in use and get along well with the following methods:
1. 2 pcs. Buy because the used wet. Stow them after use in the trunk in a small plastic tub, which is necessary when the ice melts. At home I let the film then over the bath dry (but is relatively large), the second dry remains in the car for use the next day
2. Since I have a smaller car, the film (Wind wg.) Reaches up to half of the rear side windows, so I clip the ends in the back door a
3. In order to prevent freezing of the film to the windshield, I put first a "normal" windshield film (with the aluminum coating) on the disc, Conn. I mount the Unitec film about it.
4. I grab wipers under the foil to prevent freezing.
With practice, the expenditure is manageable, or at least still lower than in the morning Eiszukratzen!
I also enjoyed the ideas in the other reviews really helped.
