The taste, the product is definitely not for everyone because it involves an unusual for the EU consumer seasoning. The product is definitely "sharp", other reviews say the contrary do not assume any commercial foods that are declared as sharp, for comparison. An average extra hot sausage with us has in the Ruhr (for comparison) a shallower grade than this product. (Of course, only as long as was not working with various extra agitators).
