Hello There, I have been in May 2014 the owner of a Go Pro Hero 3 Black Edition +. So far I have annoyed me about the camera only. She stops abruptly during recording, turn off. Or, I can turn, but then no longer switch off and no other function can be selected. Or they change randomly between modes without one could stop it. So I went to the GoPro website, where I looked at the topic "Upgrate". The Upgrate not working. I turned to the Customer. From there I was sent a zip file, but unfortunately exactly what I had, not even this worked. I was asked politely to answer and wrote, "to be charged" on my reaction. I wrote directly that nothing works ... and get since no more messages, apparently corresponded my answer is not the expectation of customer service. Conclusion: A lot of money for a lot of trouble and so far little joy to the camera. Apparently, the customer service is also at a loss, because so far no solution has been offered to me. I am very disappointed by the camera, and even more, if this is all about, from the customer service, which is highly praised elsewhere. Maybe Monday camera and then even Monday customer service representative? (The first and only response of customer service came at a Montag..tatsächlich!) Should GoPro me still surprise and the whole thing takes a good end, I'll correct my lousy review here, because I want to be fair. GS
