The game idea is easily explained: it is the driver of the small red car and would like after hours from the parking lot. Just stupid that everyone else has the same goal. The cars are criss-crossed and the poor red car does not come from the place.
Here the player needs to take action. By shuffling the other cars you have to clear the way for the red car-free, so that it reaches the car park exit. Similar to one of these typical shift games. The respective "traffic jam" situation is defined by playing cards. These cards (which are available in various levels of difficulty) is set the respective initial situation that needs to be solved by the player. Is there at the beginning only three or four other cars, it looks the most engaging card quite different from, and almost the entire parking lot is full of cars.
If one has no idea even how the problem is to be solved, can be a game in the lurch. Namely is the solution on each card on the back. But as stubborn puzzle freak you look of course not go. ;) If you play the cards from easiest to hardest by the difficulty increases steadily and it is facing increasing challenges.
The game is made of plastic material, both the pitch ("parking"), as well as the cars. Compared to the pitch from the normal version, the plastic of the pitch is a little thin, but still strong enough. The cars have in the deluxe edition a metallic paint. This is quite a fun gimmick - but nothing more. Oh yes, take the 40 cards are available in the deluxe edition of 60 cards. 20 more parking for "clean up".
Total Rush Hour is a great game for a player. And not just for kids, and adults will have fun with it and keep your brain fit. Who has the card 60 by, can still bring supply then, currently there are four expansion packs with more cards and each an additional car.
