Guaranteed for life ???

in itself is a good bag.
it allows me to cram a lot of material. (FZ1000 + Lumix lot of accessories) and is not too bulky.
I also have a AW180 is more cumbersome for the SLR, flash and 3 more goals.
but I have a seam that is torn almost immediately after the purchase, in 2013 (not a drama, it's simply a seam which facilitates the folding of interior separators.)
I contacted lowepro. They asked me to send you pictures, I sent them, well precised that it was not useful to change the bag, but simply the separator. and radio silence .... no return, no news is therefore guaranteed for life, BOAF BOAF ....
I buy a bag to squeeze 3 flashes and a lot of accessories, I took a amazon basics,. significantly cheaper.
