hard reset required to enjoy

This phone, highly rated by the press, on some models suffer from fewer defects, including an almost constant restarts when waking from sleep. You pick up, and boom, it reboot, without even leaving the number in the call log. Obviously this is known but the only solution is the hard reset! On a new unit out of box that is unacceptable. I said that the phone was updated, I took the lead before resigning myself to reinstall everything. Coming from an iPhone, I had my share of duplicates when exporting such data but hey, now it works. This is a good phone but a bit big for pockets of jeans, and especially a little expensive for what it is.
