I was allowed for testing to try this product and am very satisfied. When you open the plastic box you immediately intense raspberry smell in the nose, although the powder is small, easy to swallow capsules. I've been using this product now 10 days. Although I do not play sports, but I am every day in the fresh air. I can say in any case that my cravings is subdued and I feel sick for a 3/4 of my normal food portions. This I have taken in the last 10 days at least 1.5 kg. Maybe it really is due to the natural fiber. Side effects I have so far not and I hope that the feeling of satiety will continue. To use pure is to say that the capsule size which is just right in order to be swallowed without any problems.
