Replacing my old keyboard backlit first prize in blue and white keys, here are the things that to me are saying:
Most:
+ First, the motion sensor! The passage of the hand, the buttons light. Then, moments later, without use, they go out. Ignition is hyper reactive, it reacts like clockwork!
+ Only the letters are illuminated. Maybe not much to some but to use it is very practical and very comfortable. Few eyestrain face a white keyboard with bright colored keys
+ Keys precisely they are ergonomic and fall well under the fingers. Thus, not a mistake, it's a real pleasure this work Logitech has done on the design of the keys.
+ For the "space" bar, I want to say that whatever the area or we support it, the space is! Here we are not in a low-end keyboard, the striking force is distributed over the entire length of the bar! a detail perhaps there too, but the use is more than essential!
+ A very nice feature on the keyboard: above the button fully to right: immediate access to "Calculator"! it's great when used figures and daily operations.
+ About batteries: these are the 2000 mh, a comfortable capacity for a sizeable operation. No worries on my side level autonomy to date. The keyboard is rechargeable via a supplied cable to connect standard USB.
+ Regarding the knocking noise: Excellent surprise: it is quiet, including the support of the spacebar. We just work silently without disturbing others in the office.
+ The visual side in the dark: no problem to have. The work is done without worries, the keys are instantly recognizable, and even brightness to the max, it does not dazzled!
- The scope of use is comfortable: for my part, further than 4 meters connected my TV or my Popcorn Hour C300 server and it works nickel.
The least
- The price, then it must be admitted, is not given! But Amazon often promos and we just have it for just 60 times ... like me!
- Access to the battery door closed with a screw! What a strange idea very unwelcome from Logitech! Serious me it does not please me at all that little detail, hence 4 stars instead of 5!
- The extinction of the backlight is too fast for my taste.
- Keyboard not dedicated gamers, no macro keys, just the basics with his cut, volume +/-
CONCLUSION
If we put aside the price, it's still the only keyboard I know wirelessly with a comfortable working range and backlit. It works perfectly, fingers arise where you need it, and the motion sensor brings a fun side very nice. Silent and obviously well designed, I recommend this Logitech K800. If you have questions, and if I just answer it, please.
