Light enough for's staircase in the basement

I have no more stairway light turn on, because the light is bright enough (white walls reflect the light up to the top on) to 2 Teppen to illuminate further upwards. I bought 4 pieces to save shipping costs. All 4 are in dividually, I save energy everywhere. Even in the kitchen, I can do most activities without the main light.
