Previously, there was not even the lenses of today (stability), but the images were top. I recommend from experience the NIKKOR 50 a lens hood, as digital image sensors at times but otherwise react in incidence of side light, or interpret some lighting situations worse than conventional Kodak or Fujifilm. A cheap and good 52mm rubber lens hood for the lens, there is of Hama - I've also. Believe times yes, even today's celebrity photographer (most notably Jim Rakete) snap with her grandpa, because they can rely on this. The cook only with water and are people like us ... It is important that attention to the subject and the relentless dedication for "the good image" is. So buy lens, dranschrauben and work, work, work ... save and continue to work all the experience gained in the brain!
This lens is the best school for aspiring photographers, whether amateur or professional.
Jackie Onassis never would have gone without Nikon Paparazzi (Ron Galella) out of the house :-)
Although the objective is no longer made of metal, but his heart is a Nikkor heart.
