No wonder thing, but great price / performance

I have in recent years used seven or eight different MP3 players, all "cheap" from the class.
Unfortunately primarily scrap was there: Poor menu, lousy workmanship (after a relatively short time, for example, keys no longer work properly or not at all) or problems during dubbing of music from your PC, the fun of the new devices made often broken very quickly. However, I must also find that the cheap MP3 player of the new generation have become considerably better and more comfortable than the low things of the early generations. Certainly we as plagiarized much of each other, and the parts are probably often come from the same production the Far East and only differ in the housing style. Anyway, who serves in the price range to 50, -Euro, can now expect even an iPod.

And precisely for this reason I would like to commend the Trekstor here. The player is very compact and makes a more robust impression than many competitors (previously had a Intenso Video Scooter and a Odys player). Felt so pure that control element appear to be slightly higher quality. Have the players now since 3 weeks. Daily in use and everything feels just as like the first day Since nothing seems worn out. All keys still speak correctly. What's in a half year looks but I will supply later times here.
Also holds the battery, what the product description promises. The first recharging was due to approximately 10 working days. At 90 minutes consumers use every day, this was a service life of 15 hours and reportedly the full capacity of the battery is based on only after around 10 charge cycles. But 1 time invite every two weeks is already great.

I used Sennheiser earphones because most supplied but are crap and this had also been on my previous player in use. I have to say that the iBeat add a super sound.

Disadvantage and I find the lack of ability to create playlists. TrekStor plays the pieces behaved in the order of the registered folder, but this is also not a real problem. Then I sort my pieces hold on the PC accordingly, before dubbing.

What I can not understand, here is the inability of the repeatedly mentioned iBeat to remember which piece he recently played at what point. Not true fact. Can only explain so that some people still exhibit the player on "Power Switch" at the side without holding the thing to drive previously on the Play button down (for about 3 seconds to me, then shows the iBeat a small animation with which he displays that he is ready to interrupt). Does not work the way the PC: just can pull the plug as well as cause the PC has yet actually not realize what you have recently edited ;-)

All in all, the best music player I've received so far for little money. And on top of that ne murder storage. But who really puts emphasis on watching videos and additional menu items as playlists needs, will be disappointed, and shall from the outset lay a few euros more.

Update 15/01/2013: My Player has now, after around 14 months of continuous use, a quirk. The headphone jack has a loose connection, which is quite annoying. Perhaps also because I do not particularly care Bypass with the part (The Palyer "lives" with mostly been stuck headphones loose in my pocket). Otherwise, everything is still in order. All keys will operate as before, and the battery has lost none of breath.
