Not bad. But it could have been much better.

The positives first:
+ On the whole, makes the game fun. There are many different modes, especially the career mode, in which one's career of an individual (or even more if you want) player plays is fun.
+ The Game Flow in the game works well. Anyone who wants can simply string together move after move, without large formations around worrying and tactics since Madden always a (mostly actual) proposing sensible move. But experts and innovators can also set all completely free, with audibles & Hot Routes arise endless combination possibilities. The good thing is this: Everything goes, nothing has.

o The controller is ok, neither good nor bad striking, classic Madden halt.
o graphics of the players well, the stadiums ok, the viewer catastrophically.

So far so good, there are unfortunately a couple of points that spoil the gameplay a bit:
- Occasional freezes. Combined with the lack of autosave feature an absolute killer. If a three hours Career progress go west, you can sometimes bite the controller.
- Save you always have by hand, which takes forever and just annoying. How hard can it be to incorporate a autosave feature?
- Charging times are the pure hell. Each click lasts forever, the menus are lame as snail.
- KI partially absolutely stupid. 30 seconds remaining on the clock, ball at the opponent's 10 yard line, 2 points behind, clear case: field goal shooting, win Game. What makes the computer: Can the clock run down -> lost ... O_o
- The Music. Hard to believe, but EA has managed just 2 (say: two) to use songs as a soundtrack. "Boom Boom Pow" and something of AC / DC. These songs, run over and over again during the Games and training in the stadium. At 300th Boom Boom Pow I was about to throw the boxes out of the window. Why, EA, why?
- That brings us to the last point: Missing attention to detail runs through the whole game.
> The Coin-Toss-result will be announced before the coin has ever landed.
> The referees announce penalties as if they were remote controlled cyborg.
See> Spectators without joke like from 1988. Maybe Madden thought the 25th anniversary, take again the same back then. A disaster like the looks. Since you should learn a lesson from 2K times, so it would also go ...
> After 2 matches you've heard all the sayings commentators. Always the same garbage.
> Etc etc etc

CONCLUSION:
Not a bad game that makes a lot of fun. The lack of user-friendliness in combination with the loveless design leaves the aftertaste that it can be a really good game would be if EA would sometimes show a little ambition. But they are obviously satisfied, again to throw every year okayes game on the market and thus abzucashen instead even really a rauszuhauen. Too bad!
