Having a few extra kilos, my friend gave me this method because he had the men's version and told me it was effective. Being allergic to sport, I was very skeptical because I do not like physical effort. This method is very well written in simple language, no scientific incomprehensible blabber therefore accessible to all. We must of course provide some effort to get results but there is no need to do violence to succeed. Pleasantly surprised because after two weeks, I found a firm body everywhere. The method allows to work the whole body to make it harmonious. I highly recommend.
