Have previously photographed exclusively with my Sigma 18-200 3.5-6.3.
That the imaging services are a little better, was expected to see, but that they are so good, my expectations surpassed yet.
The lens is really at maximum aperture very sharp, even yet, slightly dimmed at the edges even more sharply.
What I've always missed something in my Sigma, was a soft, quiet Bokeh, which is to reach there due to the movable lens groups by the Megazoom course a bit more complicated.
All the more I convinced Sony. So a Bokeh I wish. Very soft and quiet, so that the focus really depends on the anfokussierte object and not the background.
So it's perfect for highlighting useful, which is why it's also a portrait lens.
Likewise, one gets here, even with cloudy skies extremely fast shutter speed at ISO 400 out.
Vignetting and fringing is almost imperceptible. The latter just a bissel, at outshone edges, but this seam is so low that he even increased relatively strongly only extremely low strikes.
So thumbs up and a buy recommendation on each, because even despite the small price, it can also use large and super photographer take pictures with it and for the price there are certainly no better.
So my skepticism of Sony lenses is completely dispelled, and I am very happy because I had such a superior performance for this price do not expect.
