When a chair, the damper was broken (although went in and out, but does not have the position kept under load). The replacement part arrived very quickly, the service was very nice and communicative.
A small corner has broken out at the opening, where the lever is located, as this when actuated (during pull up when you sit in the chair) is initiated there. But is not that bad because it does not restrict the function and is hardly visible. For the reasonable price that is no reason to exchange the goods for us.
Should arise over time something noteworthy, I will report.
