I am deeply disappointed by the order - a waste of money!
The cartridges were - as pointed out by other buyers also reported no genuine Canon packaging. They lay loose in a box.
It is really questionable whether they are originals, because on the side of the cartridge is not "Canon" imprinted (as with the cartridges which were the purchase of the printer case).
The cartridges are indeed covered by a sheet, the chip, however, is free and can thus certainly be damaged quickly.
I first wanted to replace magenta and cyan - my printer has not detected the cartridges!
Ultimately, the cartridges that I have received are intended only for the trash!
I can not make a recommendation to buy, for these reasons!
