After some time, 1/2 year, the printer might not recognize the cartridge. New cartridge used is also not recognized. Old cartridge is detected and read chip. Request in ink service: warranty expires after 1/2 year. (Legislation 2 years). 2 affected cartridges back to the ink service. Information: Programme not arrived. Conclusion: No more ink service.
