I have already to "Cassette Player" times outed myself as Lena-fan and get to hear only positive so far.
But even after the latest single "What a Man" has not changed the fact for me: Lena is the best that ever came out of a casting format easy for me.
This woman has just per se that provides at me for something that I think only: "Oaaah how cool, I keep the ?!"
I have to review a new single by Lena really reasonable, first off this irrational enthusiasm because I run the risk even to a hot-Lena Kackhaufen well.
Therefore, sometimes quite alone: What a Man is a not entirely bad song and is played here in Lena's usual chill manner. Critics are again rumlabern because of "chant" and so, but I have to say at this point: clean singing (so technically speaking) is What a Man Lena's best performance. But I think no one can pinpoint musical quality of technical performance, otherwise already had the most fantastic artist never get a chance (We have in mind various rappers or metal growler or perhaps Lou Reed or nasal voices like that of Jan Delay, the yes according to common standards and can not sing).
I find it (and now I repeat myself) just good that there are artists like Lena who are very, very exceptional and still work on the mass market. Here certainly the visual appearance is important but it is not just refreshing, Lena does not sound like Beyonce, Britney, Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera or other RnB Tussneldas? I'm really fucking happy that sometimes a different type female voice gets a chance.
Furthermore, here was not simply a 1 to 1 Cover fabricated but the song is no longer recognizable to the chorus comes and that's really great. To produce any copies would be really boring. Granted really new is this sound in relation to Lena terrible, here is certainly the first album but cited I mean: every (r) needs but his style is not it?
All in all, and hereby I close my evidence this single is another solid song a really extraordinary singer from which we will hopefully hear and see a lot.
The song is now not the absolute overheating par (I found "Taken By A Stranger" musically much more exciting) but he ranks undoubtedly in Lenas far grandiose Output.
I do not care whether this is mainstream or not and how many times the song is now pushed by Pro7, I would find this song well even without advertising.
