Marilyn Manson is also the personification of evil, yes. An abnormality in the cure Amiwelt and concern for every honest citizen. He is to blame when children are failures and totally freak out.
A typical statement of our society, "the others are always to blame".
As MM is "very different", of course, hits him the main culprit. No Question. Or?
What now tells us this plate exactly?
The Lovesong example. A song in which the American armed conflict is discussed and also the accusation resonates that material things are the most beautiful goal of life.
THE FIGHT SONG and THE DEATH SONG, the core pieces of the album and of the style still massentauglichsten, call a spade a spade, and this is exactly what the pride of the Americans. Perfect.
IN THE SHADOW OF THE VALLEY OF DEATH is my favorite. Not necessarily a song about longing for death. Rather, a declaration of love for a place where you simply times left "in peace".
BURNING FLAG, Valentine`s Day, KING KILL ........... the American nightmare come true. The new empire breaks. The system falls apart. Something is heard with interest :-)

Disposable Teens presents itself as a hymn to his fans out and encourages his admirers, confidently go their own way. Rightly a hit.
GODEATGOD is another personal favorite. Just as 2000 years ago the Son of God would be killed today. While not crucified, but almost certainly relegated to the closed institution.
Despite the many accusations, MM was Satan and animating the youth to horrible acts, we find on any of these songs (and in any other of his albums) the call to become violent in any way or to harm society. This is what distinguishes this kind of music but greatly from Rap / Hip Hop, where the call for violence against women, gays, the Company or "counter-violence" to defend against a supposed racial hatred in almost every song resonates.
These truly great rock songs still comes an artwork to the fact that the corruption of our hypocritical society translates visually skillfully.
