The recent purchase of this book is part of my diet rebalancing program according to the "chrono-nutrition" method Delabos perfectly and I find my account. A small price of paperback, the author proposes several recipes by category (appetizers, soups, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, desserts) less than 300 kcal compatible with Chrono-nutrition, even in start-up or express. These recipes are at once simple, friendly, achievable for most in less than 30 minutes, including fish and seafood. I was looking for an inexpensive book relative to cookbooks Alain Delabos, and tasty. The gamble paid off. It is a pleasure in the evening, back office, than choosing a recipe and realize "fish and vegetables" extracted this book .... the steamer, which looks something. I especially like: small salmon with cabbage, foil red mullet Provençale, salmon with asparagus and leek, lemon cream sauce with leeks, the skewer of monkfish with stewed peppers (hummmm) and my darling: the shrimp sauteed with ginger and sugar peas with soybean sprouts supplement. I realized several times in inratables and easy recipes, varying the fish, vegetables (shrimp sauteed with ginger and broccoli) and I manage to achieve all the steamer. Who said that a plan had to be sad? Certainly not the author whom I thank for this book makes me want and pleasure of eating fish and vegetables.
