Very good HD Edition

I have long hesitated and considered whether a HD edition of Final Fantasy X is worthwhile.
At that time I loved the game on the PS2.
But often reserves to a game better remembered.

Now I have bought me and I'm really pleased.
The game has aged well (gameplay technically).

The graphic is absolutely fine. The main characters were all together about work, but unfortunately the NPCs have not been revised and see compared really bad. It is not annoying, but strangely when Tidus and Co. have crisp textures and just chat with a NPC, the rough is Dissolved.

Here and there also fall on poor textures. The overall picture of the chart on the Vita but tidy. Bold colors and liquid graphics outweigh the small blunders.
With a current game like Killzone Uncharted or for Vita Final Fantasy X can not keep up.
But that kind of design and graphics like to please anyway.

Annoying, but I find that German subtitles do not match the English language.
As I understand English, I do not read the subtitles.

The gameplay makes still fun, but is no longer modern.
The game is an oldschool RPG Japan.
This means that you get an epic and complex story with exciting battles round.
But just restarts play ahead of time to grind to time. At least this is recommended, as the Group has otherwise in the course of the story to really bite in the fighting.
One does not necessarily have to grind, but as I said, just in boss battles greatly benefitting happens when you not just running from point A to B and graduated as little fighting as possible, but his group has leveled up properly.

The fighting make a lot of fun because they are tactically diverse.
You can switch without losing time in the fight between the characters.
So you can always set up the ideal group during the fight.
This is also important because the opponents simply have vulnerabilities that should be exploited.

All in all I think the remake to date absolutely succeeded.

For the bad subtitle (which do not fit to the English language) and the rough character models of side-NPCs I subtract a star.

The gameplay and the story have earned but in my view 5 star.

Negative what I think is (like many others) that FFX-2 is only 3.5 GB large download.
I only have one 8GB card and the mere Killzone patches swallow much.

Remains a long term only the choice of a larger map.
Too bad that it was enough at 39.99 euros for 2 not playing cards.

But this is me not worth a further deduction. Therefore, it remains at very good 4 stars for this wonderful remake.
