positive:
The pitcher is doing what it is supposed to filter water. The result I find very good; from the line comes here very hard water, which has given me earlier constantly embellished the kettle with calcium deposits (descaling least necessary every two weeks), with the Brita filter I have for months now no longer have to descale.
The filtered water tastes good and is for me a full replacement for mineral water (which I no longer buy).
The pot fits into a refrigerator door.
neutral:
From the printed motif of the "My Balance" Edition I would have expected a little more, that could love to be a little stronger. Well, not so crucial.
For the size of the pot (= space) the available filtered water amount is very small.
negative:
What really annoys me is the electronic exchange indicator that I think is complete nonsense. It seems to be almost no matter how much water you send through the filter, after 4-5 weeks, the ad says "Change Filter". Interestingly, after the holiday, when three weeks nothing was filtered. A very simple scroll wheel, on which you can set the final exchange date, would be quite sufficient.
Bearing in mind the additional cost for this display and the impossibility of changing batteries, gets this Brita filter I 3 stars, despite the very good functionality. The one could get even cheaper with the same filter cartridge with another pot!

Update March 2015: After just 2 years and 3 months, the filter change indicator has ceased operations. Since the battery is not removable, my blind display is now this senseless investments hold at each use of pot for eyes. Love Fa. Brita, that's not good for customer loyalty ...
