Costs nothing, so is not so bad: The translation has obviously created a program automatically. Since the title of the jersey votes is then just "swimwear" (seriously). Lyrics are hard to understand.
Functionally it provides the well-known France-overview map of the Tour, the stage maps as Google Maps-Neck, the current ratings and some simple information. Graphically this is all very simple.
There is virtually no reason to call this app instead of any sports website with TDF information.
