16: 9 issue please not exaggerate!

I want my speakers here somewhat take the wind out of the sails because, even if you can get excited about it and want that the recorder does not correct 16: 9 flag when copying to DVD sets so does the proper playback of movies no harm! For most TV sets already enough a single keystroke to the screen mode manually to 16: 9 change.

But unfortunately you will tend to feel as the recorder might not support 16: 9 record movies or play> This is wrong.
From HDD playback also works easily.

Why Panasonic has done this so I can not answer but I'm assuming it has something in mind ... I do not know.

The lack of individual other functions should also not unbeingt the oft-quoted devices overstate because these all offer (ie the SG egg-laying wool milk sows) are high often not exactly brilliant. Who, of course, certain functions benötig the Panasonic does not offer must obviously resort to another product, but who simply have a good and easy-to-use DVD recorder searches the can strike the Panasonic without major concerns.

In conclusion, I have the device now for several weeks now in daily use and would not have missed it no longer, so far I could not see any problems, recording, playback and copying work perfectly and there was so far no problems. But faulty or defective equipment there of course from time to time, which affects probably all manufacturers.
