Unfortunately, I did not feel anything from reading this story, as indeed I have not finished. Yet I have enjoyed writing, the style of Leroy, but no way to feel any empathy or a shred of sympathy for Zelda. It is certainly not always easy to appreciate a haughty heroine, confident, egotistical. But so far I have no problem with this kind of characters. But then, nothing. Even as Zelda should either win the approval (or at least sympathy) by lot that he reserves Fitz or be hated for character traits mentioned above, she left cold.
The various round trips in time were not to help. We pass from one era to another, and fortunately the year sometimes appears in the margin of the Chapter starts, otherwise I would have been lost.
Still playing, wondering if I had not missed anything, I surfed to read the comments on this book, and I realized they were not as unanimous as I thought.
So I have not even finished the book, why, when so many are waiting on my floor
