After unpacking was disappointed. In this price range already more did not expect.
Aluminum lamp has obviously nothing to do with aluminum.
Here is meant aluminum look. Housing is painted on the metal, with aluminum color.
Striking is the type of Schutzglasmontierung. Only with two metal brackets on both sides, which according to almost meter-long glass (plexi) disc in the middle something can sag. Should one of the temples eventually break / weaken the protective glass falls down easily. Hazard!
And a shame that the light source itself can not change a defect.
Conclusion:
Unfortunately, only 3 stars.
The lamp is not bad.
We wanted more light! -We have it definitely.
Aluminum lamp? - Well ... looks like aluminum.
Protective glass ok? Step back .. and .. - Yes.
If I had paid half I would give smooth 5 stars!
PS: For a 55EUR 9W (almost) meter long LED cabinet light - are no alternative on the market. So whosoever really needs, I still recommend further!
